He's a curious little bug. From the get-go he sticks his nose in the thick of things to greater understand how it works. A large beetle burrows into its hole? He'll stick his eye against it to see exactly where the bug went. Only to...you know...get stabbed in the eye when the beetle comes out again. He's rash, and will often throw himself into situations without thinking of the consequences. The little bug is often arrogant. He is more likely to parade past you extolling his great virtues than to humbly accept a compliment. Undoubtedly, he is autonomous. Authority does not agree with him well. He will examine his leader and his flaws and determine whether or not he can respect such a being. If he holds no respect for you, he will be difficult and nearly impossible to handle. Keene is courageous. Never doubt that he will jump into a situation that he has little chance of coming out of a-okay if he is given a good reason. He's little but scrappy, and has a strong sense of honor. The small beastie is an extreme idealist. He often looks to the bright side of things, and is scarily voracious. He will be exuberant about things, and dive in with excitement to nearly everything.

His absolute favorite thing to do is annoy his daddy for tales of his life before. 
Annoying girls is definitely his second-most favorite thing to do.
He loves watching the soldiers train, as it bolsters his own desire to be strong and tall and manly like them. 
He likely doesn't appreciate Jeet as much as he should. 'why don't you fight like them daddy? Aren't you a stag, too?' (that may be a hard lesson for Key learn)
 
Appearance: 
He has huge lovely eyes with very long eyelashes. Keene has a little scar across the top of his left eye from being careless around a stag's tines. 
I want him to have a small trinket of stones that he gathered on the shore with his mommy, or something. Something to remember her by. 

Future:
We've been playing about with the idea of his future. Other than minor plot ideas, he's going to be taken care of by Jeet while Jeets'...you know. He's going to be trained and loved by his daddy until he's totally BA. And getting in trouble alll the time. Naughty little beastie >.>.
